AutoSales AI Coach (com.salestrainer.app)

You can permanently delete your AutoSales AI Coach account and its associated data at any time, directly inside the app. No email or support request is required.

How to delete your account

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@autosalesaicoach.com from the email address on the account. We complete emailed requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, email address, password hash, preferences, and settings)
• All roleplay conversation transcripts and AI coaching feedback
• Session scores, skill progress, streaks, XP, flashcard progress, and certifications
• Voice and video practice recordings and their transcripts
• Push notification tokens and device registrations
• Active sessions and sign-in tokens

What data is retained, and why

• Billing records — invoices and payment records held by our payment processor (Stripe) are retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
• Audit log entries — security and administrative audit records that reference your account are retained in de-identified form for security and legal-compliance purposes.
• Aggregated analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you are retained.

Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are never used for marketing.
