This Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to AutoSales AI Coach (the "App") renew and how you can cancel at any time. It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Paid subscriptions are recurring. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period — monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year — and your payment method is charged the then-current price for the next period. Your subscription renews until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime.
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged for the first billing period.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your current period ends. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the change is processed in time.
When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which your account moves to the free plan. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund of amounts already charged. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
If we change subscription pricing, we will provide notice before the change applies to your renewal. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
For team or dealership plans, the account owner or manager can cancel the plan or adjust seat counts. Cancelling a team plan stops renewals for all seats under that plan at the end of the current period.
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
