Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions to AutoSales AI Coach (the "App"), operated by AutoSales AI Coach ("we," "our," or "us"). It should be read together with our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund is necessary. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged for the first billing period (this is the auto-renewal described in our Cancellation Policy).

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are generally non-refundable once the period has begun. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again. As a courtesy, if you were charged for a new monthly period and contact us within 7 days of that charge without having made substantial use of the service in that period, we will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If you are charged for an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge, provided you have not made substantial use of paid features during that window. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent the next annual renewal and you will retain access until the end of your paid term.

4. Team and Multi-Seat Plans

For team or dealership plans purchased on a per-seat basis, the refund windows above apply to the initial purchase of the plan. Adding or removing seats mid-term is handled on a prorated basis where applicable. Custom or invoiced enterprise agreements are governed by the terms of that agreement.

To request a refund, email us at support@autosalesaicoach.com from the email address on your account and include the plan you purchased and the approximate charge date. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
