Choose your scenario

Browse 168 scenarios organized by deal stage: phone ups, meet & greet, test drive, trade-in, numbers, objections, and closing. Each one has a title, a brief description of the customer's situation, and a difficulty rating.

Not sure where to start? The daily practice queue analyzes your history and recommends the three scenarios most likely to improve your weakest skill score. Or follow the structured 26-module curriculum from the beginning.

Scenario Types

  • Phone up — set the appointment
  • Internet lead — overcome "just email pricing"
  • Trade-in negotiation — defend ACV
  • Payment objection — reframe the number
  • "I need to think about it" — create urgency
  • F&I product introduction
  • Lost sale recovery
3

Practice with the AI buyer

The session opens with a briefing: who the customer is, what they told you before you walked up, their deal situation, and what you're trying to accomplish. Then the conversation starts.

Type your responses in text mode, or tap the microphone and speak out loud in voice mode. The AI buyer responds in real time — adapting based on your rapport, your honesty, and your technique. Push too hard and they shut down. Build trust and the deal opens up.

AI Buyer
"I like the truck, but honestly the payment is way higher than I expected. I'm not sure this is going to work."
You
"I hear you — that's completely fair. Can I ask what payment you were working with in your head?"
AI Buyer
"I was thinking more like $450 a month."
4

Get your score and coaching

The moment you finish, an AI scoring engine evaluates your performance across five dimensions: Rapport, Discovery, Process Control, Objection Handling, and Next Step/Close. You get a number for each, an overall score, and a written coaching summary.

The coaching isn't generic. It references the specific moments in your session where you could have done better — and gives you a word-for-word example of what a stronger response would sound like. Then it tells you which scenario to practice next.

Common questions

No download required. The web app runs entirely in your browser at any screen size. The iOS and Android apps are available for Expo Go if you prefer a native experience on your phone.
Each AI buyer is scripted with a specific backstory, a personality, budget constraints, and a deal situation. The buyer reacts to your technique — not just your words. A buyer's trust score goes up when you build rapport and ask the right questions; it drops when you use pressure tactics or skip steps. At "Boss" difficulty, the buyer is aggressive, well-researched, and will shut down at the first sign of a hard sell.
In voice mode, you speak your responses out loud and hear the AI buyer respond in a natural voice in real time. The session tracks your speaking pace, filler word count, and words per minute — giving you feedback on delivery in addition to content. Voice sessions use your device's microphone and require the voice session plan or higher.
Only on the Team plan. If your dealership has a team subscription, your manager can see your session scores, transcripts, and skill trends. They can also add coaching notes to specific sessions. On an individual plan, your data is private to you.
Most sessions are 5–12 minutes. Short enough to run before your shift or between customers, long enough to actually practice a full conversation arc from opener to close. You control the pace — take your time thinking through responses or move quickly through each turn.
Start with the Curriculum mode. It walks you through the 26-module training path in the right order — each module has a short teaching section before the graded practice session. Easy-difficulty scenarios are designed for new reps, with more patient AI buyers and simpler objections. The system will push you to harder scenarios as your scores improve.
